Breakfast: $10/pax (usually bases as chopped fruit, homemade granola, homemade bread and or mix for pancakes or pre-made french toast or typical gallo pinto or egg muffins or chicken/ham sandwiches and the clients complement with their own bacon, eggs)
· lunch: $15/ pax (1 protein with side of salad + 1 carb)
· dinner: $18/ pax (1 protein with side of salad + 1 carb + veggies)
· snacks: $10/ pax (2 from a variety of homemade chips, bread, flat bread, guacamole, chips, hummus, salsa fresca, spicy salsa, rice balls, patacones, cake, quiche du jour, granola bars…)

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES
· breakfast: $15/pax
· lunch: $20/ pax
· dinner: $25/ pax (1 single course with 1 protein with side of salad + 1 carb + veggies)
· dinner: $30/ pax (3 courses – appetizer, single course with 1 protein with side of salad + 1 carb + veggies)
· extra dessert: $10/ pax
· extra appetizer: $10/ pax
* Grocery costs are charged apart, at every dinner. You can expect an average of $10-12/dinner, for example.
*Waiter is included for dinner services and clean up for every meal.
* Beverages not included.
* Minimun required as basic rate is 4 pax
